REGULATION OF BED AND BREAKFAST
- • Unless special needs of our guests, the delivery is scheduled between 12:00 and the 16:00, Please communicate your estimated time of arrival at least on the day before arrival.
- • We always provide free drinking water and micro-filtered Pier H2O®, According to the Decree of 23/06/2003 N° 181/2003 the Ministry of health. DON'T THROW OUR BOTTLES LABELED, are reusable material and sanitized daily, We are trying to help the environment.
- • Guests are invited, upon arrival, to provide proof of identity for filling out the form of public security and stabilize at the same time the payment of the fare.
- • The agreed price for the stay in our B&B includes use of room, breakfast, the supply of towels and sheets , use of the tv and air conditioners/heat pumps and the use of all bathroom accessories. The change of towels is normally made every 2 days, that extraordinary is not included in the price, as the extraordinary cleaning.
- • For entry and exit from the hotel there are timetable, guests can come and go as their pleasure.
- • Inside the Bed & Breakfast, only for hygienic reasons and for any allergies by other customers, Pets are not allowed.
- • It is not permitted, for reasons of public security, getting other people (In addition to takers) inside the Bed & Breakfast at any time.
- • Inside the bedroom or bathroom, you will find everything you need: blankets, pillows, towels, personal hygiene products, etc. For any further queries please do not hesitate to ask, We will do our best to accommodate you.
- • Please note that, on the day of departure, the rooms must be vacated 10,00 to allow cleaning and delivery to new arrivals, a delay will be charged an additional night.
- • Rooms and bathroom should normally be vacated by 11.00 to allow rassetto and daily cleaning, Please have your belongings in order to enable it. Beyond these hours is not ensured daily cleaning.
It is recommended that proper use of toilet and civil, avoid throwing anything in w.c.. (use the bins).
- • Breakfast is served at the agreed time the previous day, However, between the hours of 8.00 and the 9.30. Therefore the breakfast venues will have to be vacated by 9:30.
- • Guests are asked to inform on their arrival the favorite beverages (a choice of coffee, barley, the, chocolate and milk). Guests will find bread on the table, butter, assorted jams, honey and other products.
- • Please notify us of any food allergies and intolerances notes, There is a register of allergens.
- • In the rooms it is always forbidden to prepare and eat meals.
- • It is forbidden within the premises: Smoking, connect to the electricity supply any appliance brought in tow, (with the exception of the electric razor grappling in the bathroom).
- • It is recommended to maintain silence in the canonical hours 22.00-08.00 and 14.00-16.00.
Anyway please behave that at no time and in no way harm other people's peace.
- • Each guest is required to make good any damage caused to B&B and for the misuse of complementary equipment. At the end of stay, must be returned the keys. If lost will be charged for damage.
- • Be sure to turn off the room light, the air conditioners, TV, and other facilities when you are out of the room.
- • The manufacturer is not liable for lost, theft or damage to items of your property.
- • Do not answer any disservices due to total or partial lack of supplies such as gas, electricity, water, phone line or internet connection not dependent on our willingness.
- • Please note that the common areas are equipped with Video surveillance.
- • The personal information used on our site during the booking will not be resold or distributed, Nor used for commercial purposes Privacy by Wubook srl.
- • Bookings can be made through our official website www.casanizza.it or the alternative channels (booking.com, airbnb.it, bed-and-breakfast.it etc.) with different ways of payment.
- • The payment of the deposit, the extent of the 30% of the total, can be made with credit cards, via PayPal or bank transfer (exclusively using our official website www.casanizza.it).
- • If, for reasons unpredictable, the property booked you were to make unavailable for maintenance reasons or due to force majeure, We will find an appropriate accommodation, or, at customer request, make the entire sum received as a deposit without further claims.
- • In case of cancellation more than 4 days before the stay or in the event of failure to cancel will be charged the deposit paid at time of booking.
